My husband loves his livestock and all things outside. While we have a lot going on outdoors, but we still have a long ways to go in it being the beautiful Farmhouse 181 that I dream of. BUT the potential is endless.
We have lived in our cozy Farmhouse 181 for almost 4 years now. We knew in buying this home that it had so much long-term potential for us and have gotten a lot completed on the inside to make it our own. Now, that I am able to be home more, my goal is to really make a dedicated effort for the outside to be beautiful, functional, and something we love aesthetically as well.
Function will always win over beauty in the short term. But I find that when I can make something functional and beautiful, I want to steward it well that much more! Isn't that what the outdoors is about anyways...being thankful and enjoying the beauty and miraculous nature of what God has blessed us with?
