Instructions
Cut your chuck roast into 2 inch chunks and put them in your slow cooker.
Add your bay leaf to the slow cooker as well.
Peel and quarter your onion.
Combine all remaining ingredients and quartered onion in your blender. Blend everything together until smooth.
Pour the mixture over the chuck roast cubes.
Set your slow cooker to cook on low for 8 hours or high for 4-6 hours.
At about 30 minutes until your time cooking time has lapsed, shred your beef with 2 forks and mix the beef thoroughly back into the juices.
Once the cooking time is up, serve and enjoy!
