Equipment

  • Electric Mixer

Ingredients

  • 1 lb Powdered Sugar equivalent to about 3.5-4 cups, not sifted
  • ½ cup Unsalted Butter, softened
  • 1/8 tsp Salt
  • 1 tsp Vanilla Extract
  • 1 tsp Almond Extract
  • ¼ cup Milk or Water ⅕ to ¼ cup

Instructions

  • Mix your softened butter in your stand mixer or with electric mixer until creamy.
  • Add in all remaining ingredients except for the water and mix on low until somewhat combined.
  • Turn mixer up to medium speed and pour in your water a little at a time until your icing reaches your desired consistency.
  • Mix on high speed for another 3-5 minutes until ingredients are fully combined.
  • Taste and enjoy!
