1pkgRanch Dip or Dressing Dry Seasoning Mix
16ozSour Cream
¼cupJalapenos, Canned or Jarred
¼cupGreen Chilies, Canned
¼cupFresh Cilantro(or 2 Tbsp Dried Cilantro)
½tspSalt
½tspGarlic Powder(Can sub fresh or minced)
½tspLemon or Lime Juice
½cupMilk or water
Instructions
Add all ingredients into a blender.
Blend until cilantro is chopped and fully incorporated.
Chill in the fridge for 1-2 hours or until the dip is cool throughout and has thickened back up slightly.
Notes
If you prefer a thicker dip, use less milk/water, or none at all. The ingredients as listed will give you a thin consistency which closely resembles the restaurant dip.
