Chocolate Peanut Butter Granola Bars

Clean up your snacks and substitute these chocolate peanut butter granola bars in VS store bought. Plus, they're easy, no bake and delicious!

Ingredients

  • 5 cups Rolled Oats
  • 2 cups Peanut Butter
  • 1 cup Honey
  • 1 tsp Salt
  • 1 tsp Vanilla
  • ¾ cup Chocolate Chips

Instructions

  • Mix all wet ingredients together in a bowl.
  • Mix salt into oats in another bowl.
  • Combine the wet ingredients into the dry ingredients and mix until ingredients are fully incorporated together.
  • Add in your chocolate chips and mix until they are distributed evenly.
  • Line a baking sheet pan with parchment paper and pour the granola bar mixture onto the lined pan.
  • Spread in an even layer and firmly pack the mixture into the pan into about a half inch layer. Firmly press in or pack the edges as well. This will help the granola bars hold their shape better when cutting.
  • Chill the pan in the fridge for 2-3 hours or until the granola bars are very firm.
  • Cut the granola bar mixture into a bar shape.
  • Store in the fridge in an air-tight container with parchment paper in between layers of chocolate peanut butter granola bars to prevent sticking and so they will maintain their shape.
